1. Our products are hand crafted by our individual members and marketed by the craft cooperative. Each item is sold as pictured. We will make every effort to give an accurate description of each item. 2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item must be returned within ten (10) days of the day it was shipped in the condition it was shipped for a full refund of the purchase price and the initial shipping cost. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 3. For purchases outside the U.S., contact us by e-mail and we will let you know the shipping costs. 4. Items purchased will be shipped in 7-10 days. Please e-mail for earlier shipment and we will try to honor request.
